Broom focus to empower used car dealers, an underserved SMEs which usually faced two main problems: lacking access to capital (unbankable population) and difficult to compete in this tech era (conventional business). These dealers can be found located in the owner's house, street-side or in a collective compound (bursa) along with other similar-sized dealer.

1. Used car dealers can experience a hassle-free process when applying for our Buyback product. Submitting documents can be done within the app. Additionally, used car dealers are able to find inventory from Broom's network of dealer to circulate their inventory.
2. These platforms also serves as a gateway to end user. This unlocks wider segments of customer and used car dealers. Cars sold through Broom has undergone an inspection process. This will give customer right and transparent pricing. Tech-enabled inspection can improve overall operation efficiency.
